Here you will see our latest commercial roofing project by Titan Contractors-Commercial Group. It is A large daycare HandPrints Academy in Mesquite, Texas 75149. The roof we removed had extensive hail damage and justified filing a claim to their insurance. Titan removed all roofing layers to the deck and went back with a superior roofing system. We used a true starter shingle, synthetic felt, storm guard, a 50-year GAF shingle, Z-Ridge, and a ridge vent system. We also did a flat roof on the property. We took it from a Modified Bitumen system to a 60 mill TPO single-ply membrane. This will give the business owner peace of mind for many years.
