What Can You Expect when Requesting Emergency Roof Repairs?

You (the building owner or authorized representative) request service by submitting this form
A service order will be generated detailing the specifics of the information
Our repair crew is dispatched
The repair crew representative will check in with the specified contact
An interior / exterior examination is done.
Repairs are made or the damage is mitigated until repairs are possible
The repair crew representative checks out with the specified contact
An invoice is generated including a description of the services performed
If the damage leads to an insurable claim, we may credit you for emergency charges if insurance pays for the repairs and/or additional work which we perform.

I acknowledge that I am the building owner, property manager, or other person authorized to request services for the above location. I understand that the property will be billed the emergency rate of $1,500 (plus materials) for a two-man crew at a minimum of four hours to investigate and remediate the problem. Should further hours or personnel be required, and in consultation with the site representative, I understand that the additional rate of $175 per man-hour will be billed.*
